As our international business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented International Sales Customer Service Associate to support our international clients. A successful candidate will provide exceptional service, ensuring satisfaction, and driving sales performance. This role involves managing orders, resolving inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients via email, phone, and chat.
- Opportunities to collaborate with diverse teams and learn from industry leaders.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and other sales documents as required.
- Process international sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and follow-ups professionally and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with international sales representatives and distributors to support business development.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing product availability for global clients.
- Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions with Sales Force.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or related field is a plus. Equivalent experience in the field will be considered.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or international sales (B2B or B2C preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with or the ability to learn international shipping, trade documentation, and Incoterms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Spend time with customers through on-site visits and occasional travel.
Preferred Skills:
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Experience with SAP.
- Knowledge of export compliance and customs regulations.
