The role of the Retail Ecommerce Account Associate is to provide a quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, account managers, and reps.
Respond to all inquiries/customer requests professionally and efficiently.
Schedule customer shipments and other job-related functions using SAP software.
Coordinate customer shipments using general business rules.
Communicate and empathize with customers when needed.
Understand and respect the order fulfillment process.
Identify process improvement opportunities.
Maintaining Ecommerce sales channels product information.
Conduct Monthly reporting for business unit.
Manage/ update inventory for respective sales channels.
Travel up to 5% may be required.
Budget tracking.
Provide data analysis and visualizations for company-wide projects.
Supporting account managers with special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Ability to learn and work with multiple 3rd party programs/systems to manage ecommerce accounts.
Ability to use appropriate business communication, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal and relational skills.
Knowledge of or the ability to learn SAP functionality.

Positive and helpful attitude to foster relationships with team members and other associates throughout the company.
Capability to learn plastic products.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Bachelor’s degree required.
