Charlotte Pipe and Foundry, located in Monroe, North Carolina, is looking for a Human Resources Summer Temporary Associate with a proven track record to join our team.

Pay: $18.00 per hour 

 

Responsibilites and Duties:

 

  • Coordinate and learn how to support general HR tasks including (but not limited to):
  • New Hire Preboarding & Onboarding activities
  • Record keeping and retention
  • Maintaining Personnel Files
  • Employee communication & follow up
  • Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data entry
  • Learn Federal and State employment laws, regulations & requirements
  • Learn how to pre-screen/phone interview candidates
  • Other duties may be assigned 

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Start work by May 18, 2026, and work until August 7, 2026
  • Work the entire program with no more than 1 week of scheduled time off
  • Submit to and successfully complete background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Proficient in MS office
